I finally proposed! And so now I can write my review. I’ve been looking forward to this review for 4 months now. Tani is a dream to work with! She is so awesome and from the outset she worked with me, my budget, and guided me through the custom engagement ring process with such ease and grace. I couldn’t have asked for a better, smoother experience taking into account my concerns, what I love, and she nailed it FIRST try with the design. Her passion for jewelry is evident with every interaction. My fiancée loves the ring and was very impressed with the workmanship and quality. Everyone is impressed and I’m very happy. I can’t express enough how enjoyable ERJ is to work with and the advice was impeccable. Please go to them if you’re considering custom!

Brought my wife's one-of-a-kind wedding ring in for repair after 25 years of wear. They took extremely great care of the ring and did outstanding work with the repairs. My wife is very happy!

I was probably their most difficult customer. 😬🫢🫶🏻 I was very nervous about my rings. I mistakenly told my husband the wrong size when he originally proposed. Since then, we had tried to have them resized twice and other jewelers told me they fit just fine, but to me, they were still so tight. Anyway, my husband finally found this amazing company! We had them resized and I still felt like they were too tight and I was so nervous— but they were right. It was just summer and I had eaten a lot of salt (hah). Now that winter is here, and now that I’ve been wearing them a few months- they honestly fit *perfectly*. I’m so glad that we trusted them with resizing and with their help choosing the correct size! So, so happy. Thank you so much for your patience with me!!! ♥️ I’ll definitely be back for some of your amazing vintage jewelry that I’ve had my eye on!

Super nice people and great service. I dropped my watch off for a minor repair and cleaning, it was taken care of in less than a week and for a very reasonable charge. Thank you so much Erik Runyan and team. You guys are the best.

Erik took great care of me while shopping for a diamond ring for myself. Right before Christmas I found the one and he had it sized immediately so I could have it for the holiday. Every time I take it in for cleaning the whole crew is wonderful! My youngest daughter and her husband just purchased their wedding rings as well from Erik and it was another great experience all around! Thank you Runyans!

We came in here to have a ring resized and they checked it and cleaned it as well as offering to clean our wedding band. They were VERY kind and helpful and have earned our return business as well as any recommendations. We are very happy we found this place!

This review is long overdue, but I am happy to finally post about my experience with Erik Runyan Jewelers. Last June my wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary. In honor of this event, I wanted to surprise her with a new wedding ring. Unfortunately this was during the period of the lockdowns and protest violence. However, not to be deterred, Leslie Runyan met me at the store and showed me lots of designs. The ring was delivered on time and my wife was thrilled with the final result. I highly recommend Erik Runyan Jewelers to anyone looking for a quality jeweler.

Had a lovely experience talking diamonds over champagne! 🥂 (Seriously, what’s not to love?) Got to design my ring and they drew out my idea on the spot to make sure they understood what I was saying. This is a wonderful place. The staff was friendly and always smiling. They helped us customize our own rings and no matter how many times we changed something they didn't complain once. We got exactly what we wanted and with less expenses than other places we looked at. I cant even list all the things I was pleased about there were so many. You really must give them a stop by if you are buying any jewelry.
